The Cave ROVer Update: Fully disassembled, extensive system tested full pass, all new color desiccant, O-rings inspected, resealed, assembled & vacuum tested. Serviced the thrusters and pleased with how well they are holding up and performing. Three of them were given a quick emery for a small bit of corrosion on a few mags, resulting from not given a proper rinse down after our last high chlorinated dive test. Designed 4 new cap retaining brackets which are being fabricated now, to reduce future risk of leak or cap loss from pressure buildup and fast maneuvers. The Cave ROVer should be all set and ready for its next dive, which will be utilizing the new dual monitor system I am looking forward to.
