The Cave Rover Project Update: Wanted to share a brief look into Cave ROV simulations to prepare for up-coming Cave Rise Pool and lake Bathometry (water depth) scans, under full autonomous control.
Research & Designs are underway for equipping the ROV with catamarans, GPS, extra large complicity battery power to utilize the robot for updating lake depth maps. A quick look into how the sonar outputs and ROV system appear under full on-board computer control.
Additional test of our new broadcast system that will allow us to share the Cave ROV dives live, allowing you to see what we see.
